Passwords aren't syncing between Mac browser and iPhone... could uBlock Origin be the problem?

I set up sync, I went thru my old passwords on my Mac browser Firefox and deleted many old/dead ones, expected to see the list on my iPhone Firefox browser to match. Signed in properly on both, pressed sync several times each time showing complete.

I'm still seeing PW's I deleted on my Mac in my Iphone's list...

What could be the problem? I have uBlock Origin ad blocker installed.
