I am interested in Aegis authenticator but would like it to work on a windows PC in addition to Android. Is there anything in the works to make that possible?

My browser is Firefox and I won't give that up.

Then you need to contact their support and ask them since that is there software to provide support for.

Aegis is an Android app. There are Password Manager programs for Windows and Firefox extensions that you can use. Some may be able to import a Google authenticator migrate list, so you can check this out.
