I must have been hit with malware or something. My add-ons toolbar is gone and I don't remember how to get it back.

Did you check your "customize toolbar" option on the toolbar to check this?

I don't see anything about addon toolbar anywhere. The view/toolbars option only gives me menu and bookmarks. The window is about 25% smaller also which is driving me insane.
