I am using Linux Mint in Dark Mode. Most emails which come through are easily read in the panel. See attached.

But others are practically unreadable in Dark Mode. See attached.

How do I adjust the settings so that the unreadable ones become readable in the panel. Thank you in advance or any help.

Your title is about emails, but your screenshots are not showing emails. Full browsers screenshots are more useful. I'm on openSUSE and have no issues with Hotmail. see screenshot
