Try to enter about:config in the address bar and flip the value of media.ffvpx-hw.enabled, then reload the tab.

Thanks.

I am a novice when it comes to these things. The closest items in the list I found are:

media.prefer-non-ffvpx media.rdd-ffvpx.enabled media.utility-ffvpx.enabled

Am I in the right place and what do I do with this?

OK, as you don't have it, this is a different issue.

Hmmm. Any Ideas then?

I just ran a troubleshooter which says my pc doesnt have HEVC Codec.

Could that be it?

That's possible. We're using Windows HEVC codec that you can download from Microsoft Store for free.

Enter about:support in the address bar and check in Media section if it's available.
