Hello, As far as I know, If you forgot your email password, reset it through your email provider's recovery page (like Gmail or Yahoo). Once you have a new password, open Thunderbird, go to Account Settings, and add your email using the new password. If you use two-factor authentication, you may need to generate an app-specific password in your email account's security settings.
