Incoming emails blocked as system says pop3 failed, and has asked for new p/w which doesn't work??
After return of access to my T/B email via MyVirginMedia email, I now have a lock-out on T/B - which aks me to enter a p/w that I dont have - and doesn';t have a 'forgot p/w' option??? Help please...
