I am no longer allowed to join a video conference that I was able to join several months ago. Some how, some where a setting was changed and I have not been able to find it. Please direct me step by step to change the setting necessary for me to join this video conference.

Maybe try: "Settings" > "General" > "Digital Rights Management (DRM) Content" and tick "Play DRM-controlled content". And what website is the video conference supposed to be on?
