Using trouble shoot modus is oke . The possibility to use that tool on that issue is oke, to finish that solving subject , the right direction going in to the right direction to find and remove the disturbing software or add- on that s causing this behavior on this recent pc.

The issue of the ssl usage. The usernames used or / on the ssl certificates could be mispeld in the configuration to use them with the software Thunderbird that contains a another user name what has to be the same .Also settings around them has to be verificated to having correct usage.
