I was using Firefox and had just checked my bank account when the error message above appeared. I have tried updating Firefox via Norton but all attempts at updating fail.

I have had to download Chrome as a standby but would prefer to go back to Firefox

You can try reinstalling Firefox from mozilla.org (or choose the download for your operating system and language from this page). That should fix an issues with broken files.
