Keyword field for "Add bookmark" is not on every "Add bookmark" menu

In the Add Bookmark menu that is accessed from the address bar, the field for adding a keyword shortcut is absent. This is the same menu that is accessed by Ctrl + D. It's ironic that the menu accessed via a keyboard shortcut is missing the field for adding a keyboard shortcut.

"Tags" field is present on all, but I find it orders of magnitude less useful than keywords.
