How can I update inside of the settings from firefox 78.0.1 to firefox 129.0 or from 10.11 Mac to 10.15

I tried but firefox tells me to update this browser which is not supported by Mac 10.11.6 anymore. Do you see any chance by proper configuration? I guess I am not good enough

Firefox 79.0 to 115.0 requires macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 at minimum to run. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-macos-1012-1013-1014-moving-to-extended-support

Firefox 116.0 or later (including Fx 129.0.1) requires macOS 10.15 (ten.fifteen) at minimum to run.

The most current Firefox you can run on macOS 10.11.6 is Fx 78.15.0esr https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-mac-osx-users-esr

Firefox 78.15.0esr.dmg https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.15.0esr/mac/en-US/ other language locales https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.15.0esr/mac/

However if you can update your macOS to at least macOS 10.12 to 10.14 you can then use Firefox 115 ESR. Unless Mozilla decides to extend support the last update will be Fx 115.15.0esr in early September but at least it will be much more current and secure compared to the old 78.15.0esr.
