Using my Firefox browser, Mapquest driving directions page is blank. This same page displays correctly using the DuckDuckGo browser. Solutions anyone??
I saw a similar question, but it had been archived, and my question (above) got no results, so am hoping someone here can help me with an answer as to how to fix this issue.

From my end, the screenshot I attached showed a blank screen, yet the screenshot YOU attached shows the actual map info, rather than just a blank screen. I'm not even familiar with a 'troubleshooting mode'. All I know is that it has something to do with Firefox, because I don't have this same problem in any other browser.
