firefox tiles and snaps wrong in Linux Mint Cinnamon because the title bar removal isn't right somehow
Who the hell uses a title bar?
People who don't mind losing 3 percent of their website viewing to an absolutely useless indicator.
I like moving windows around. I like to use the Windows/Super/Special button and the arrow keys. In Cinnamon, this is handled by the "Window Tiling" app. Never have to think about it, except when I use Firefox. Because the app can't handle Firefox without a title bar, 90% of the time it works, 10 percent of the time it shifts the window 32 pixels down and to the left and my mouse clicks are offset by that very amount on the webpages.
Please fix it, make barless the only option, why are you catering to people who don't mind losing 3% of their screen equity, their opinions are invalid, they don't matter.

I'm sorry to say it did not. And there seem to be a few things you have missed.
Firefox should work as intended without bugs like this. Having me choose between title bars and the ability to move windows around seamlessly is not great Paul.
Having the title bar as the default, or even having the title bar as an option is an odd design decision and I question it. Title bars serve absolutely no function, at all. They are a complete waste of screen equity. Removing title bars was first done by chrome back in 2008, by now not even edge has a title bar.

My title bar is hidden and the top bar is the menu bar which also holds extension buttons and bookmarks. I can use it to drag the window when not maximised. Are you not able to use a bar to do that?

The bar is fully functional, when hidden and when shown. Dragging the window around or moving it with superkey+arrow keys is not a problem 90% of the time. The problem is, when I move the window around while having the bar hidden, the window purports to be a certain size. I believe (perhaps mistakenly) it reports to the window manager: "I am a window of this specific dimension plus a titlebar" then it remembers the titlebar, and corrects for it by removing it. when moving it around with no bar, it always spends at least a single frame after the movement to donk upwards 32 pixels (the size of a titlebar). The issue, as far as I can tell (I'm just guessing here) is, when it takes more than a few frames. the window manager locks the position in before the donking occurs.
I really want to be specific here; when you guys write this ticket, do not propose a more efficient donking, or a higher priority donking. You should not find clever ways to trick window managers to do good donking or even un-donks. There should be no donking. Anybody using a titlebar for other reasons than to fix this mess is inconsequential both in the grand scheme of things and in lifes wondrous minutia. There should not be a titlebar, not ever. there should never be a titlebar on a browser.
