Anything I open in documents, or pictures If I right click the Firefox Icon in my task bar it shows all recently entered. How do I stop this? I don't want this showing or saved.

Go to Windows Settings > Personalization > Start > disable "Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar and in File Explorer Quick Access".
