Is there any way to bring back the MENU bar BACK to the top and that the MAIL menu is below the MENU bar?

It was not like that in version 102 and before and I cannot understand this interface change. It doesn't t look nice at all.

Suggestion (what I've done): reinstall the previous version and the first time run it with the "-allow-downgrade" parameter.
