How can I get Firefox to delete all browsing data/history/etc. on close except for one extension?

I have Firefox set up to basically clear itself of all history, cookies, data, etc. each time it closes. As a result this means I need to log into my password manager each time I open a new Firefox session, rather than every 72 hours which is the setting I have put in the password manager itself. I know how to make exceptions for websites, but it's making an exception for an extension that is confusing me. Any help is appreciated!

Usually when you do the clear cache/history/cookies it doesn't remove Addons or Extensions those remain like the exception that you customized. But if you set to clear cookies/history/cache sometimes you have to do full login/pswd to login to sites so remember that. And what password manager are you referring to here?

If the login is used to authenticate for the password manager website then try to create an allow exception for this origin. You may have to check the files in the XPI files to check what websites are involved or check what permissions the extension need.
