Folks I realize this is just not a firefox problem but sure could use some advice or ideas on where to look. My client called and said that when ever she visits llbean.com special characters appear in various places. They appear for example when she tries to type in her email address for a promotion, the ampersand appears as a special character.

Oh and I did do a refresh of FF and Chrome and Edge. All three do this

I've attached two images to show what i mean.

Folks I feel like an idiot on this, my client had said they rebooted the PC and I usually verify that but I di not this time and it bit me. Rebooting the PC solved this problem so I apologize for taking up your time.

It's probably a font issue. Call the Inspector (ctl+shft+i) and select the 'fonts' tab in the right panel. The font in use is possibly not installed on the user's OS.

Could an issue with a broken Helvetica font as we have seen more cases in the past about issues with such a font on Windows.
