Dear great software engineers,

I find that border-width changes when a page is scaling. For example, initially, the border-width is set to be 1px, it would change to 0.666px when the page is scaled to 150%, and it would change to 2px when the page is scaled to 50%, and the strange case is, when the page is scaled to 200%, the border would restore to initial 1px. Further more, I also found that changing the scale of display in windows settings would also change the border-width.

Could you tell me the reason? Is there any standard about border-width?
