stored credit cards are not being entered in payment forms
Moved from a Windows 10 laptop to a new, W11 laptop I copied over all of my FF files including those from AppData.
Now, when I try to use a stored credit card to pay online, the available cards are appearing and when I select one it flashes and then disappears...manual entry does work.

Sorry, careful reviewed my Settings in Privacy and Security using a KB article and it looks good to me
What one shouldn't do is just copy data over and instead follow the correct Firefox FAQ on data migration as the inform format will not be the same from one O/S to the other and could be missing data. Don't find anything on CC save to import on FAQ.

OK...that's what I shouldn't have done....but everything else is working perfectly and I've been using it for weeks. What should I do now?
If it works then good but just remember copying folder isn't the best for backup but for accessing only. But those Firefox FAQ for backup should be how one backup the data to be sure nothing gets lost or goes missing.
The problem here is that this "remember" happens (for me and most) after several years and is easily forgotten. I'm 74....will I remember this when I'm 77 and moving again?
And, I still have no idea how to proceed now that I've moved "the wrong way".
I have deleted all the old credit cards and re entered them.
We'll see if that works....
