Firefox mobile wiped all open tabs. Any way to roll back to a previous sync?

iOS 15.4.1, iPhone 13, Firefox iOS v.107.3

My tabs were stuck loading, so I exited and closed Firefox, then reopened the app. When I did, all of my (many -- probably several hundred) tabs were gone. My history is intact, but the "recently closed" option is grayed out. When I checked my account on Firefox for mac, for a moment (while the little sync indicator was spinning) I saw my tabs under "Firefox on iPhone", but then they vanished. Is there any way to roll back to a previous sync state, or get a list of links?
