Where did you get Firefox? It would be helpful now and in the future to always show the issue. see screenshot Is there a reason for running that version?

You can check some extensions.formautofill prefs on the about:config page. Some of these prefs may not be available in 102 ESR and you can skip those.

  • extensions.formautofill.available = "on" (String)
  • extensions.formautofill.addresses.enabled = true (Boolean)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available = true (Boolean)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled = true (Boolean)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.hideui = false (Boolean)

Close and restart Firefox after changing these prefs.
