I've been using FF for years. Just today I started getting this Google Sign In popup on almost every site I visit. I am not signed into Google. I clear my cache/history every time I close the browser. I don't get this popup in Brave. Why is this happening and how can I stop it? Popup image attached

That is coming from whatever site you used your gmail login at to share which is why your getting that popup. One should never use their gmail accounts as login for any site other then the site they use it for.
