We are on version 103.0.1 and have started having a problem with the PDF viewer showing blank documents. If you download the document is is good. How can we get the document to open correctly in the viewer.

I am with the US Courts and this is a document that an attorney has filed on a case. I believe that it may have something to do with how the attorney created the document when he scanned it. We are checking with the attorney to see if we can find what he used to scan it and if he used a specific software package.
