Visiting some sites causes me to lose the ability to go back

When I visit this site: https://www.mnot.net/blog/2022/06/22/chromium-only

I get a server error message. That’s fine, but then I notice I am not able to press the back button. It is grayed out as if there is no history to go back to.

This happens both if I click on that click from a page and if load a page, e.g. google.com, and then paste the link into the URL bar.

If I perform the same actions in safari, I also get an error, but I am still able to use the back button.

This is not the only URL that has caused this issue, but it is the first where I remembered to save the URL.

I am on Firefox Focus version 100.0 and iPhone 12 mini iOS version 15.5.
