Hi, Since last week all HTML messages, which I reply to, pop-up in inbox with polish characters replaced by "question mark signs" - every letter in mail. They seem to be sent properly by checking them in Sent folder in TB as well as OWA. Configuration is clean and proper. Tried several changes in TB configuration, but they don't help. MS Support reached out to me in that matter, but they don't support TB. Patient: OS: Windows 10 64 bit 21H2 TB: 91.10 64bit (tried older versions on clean machines with the same problem)

Thanks in advance for your support!

Generally that means the font used does not support the extended characters.

Normally email should contain something like this in the source

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Try pressing Ctrl+U on a message and checking. Microsoft and Yahoo tend to occasionally forget the world uses more languages that US English and they mess up the encoding. using instead 7bit or windows encodings.

What is showing for your emails?

Hi Matt, Unfortunatelly changing fonts doesn't resolve the problem. Here is pasted source of message:

Content-Type: multipart/related; boundary="_015_PR2PR09MB301898E3633240B6C93CF2B8ADB09PR2PR09MB3018eurp_"; type="text/html" MIME-Version: 1.0

Hi, At this moment, I'm 100% sure that the problem isn't related directly with TB itself, but with 3rd party solution from CodeTwo Signatures for Office 365. When I remove account from user group with CodeTwo Signatures, everything works flawlessly. Ticket has been issued to the support team. I'm waiting for the solution.
