1. If I enter a Bank card number and tick the "remember me" it does not remember it the next time I log in.

2. Also, my system had to be re-installed and before with my older version of W8.1 I had certain folders under my saved web pages. Now when I open Firefox and want a bookmarked page in one of those folders, it is no longer there. Only individual bookmarks.

3. Is there a Chat for firefox?

So where are you entering the Bank Card Number at? And is your Autofill and CC number saved option enabled?

When I go to log into my bank account it asks for your card number and immediately under that there is a box to tick which says "remember me" so when you log in the next tome your card number is still there and you only have to enter your password

No look at your FF settings for AutoFill and see if those are enabled could be they aren't by default and you need to enable them and they try again to see if it's properly saving the login.

Sorry for the delay. I was unaware of your reply. I checked FF autofill for log-ins and it is ticked off
