star5t by looking at your spam folder in your web mail. Providers there days assume everyone uses their web interface and undertake some weird spam processes that generally they refuse to discuss. Apparently security through obscurity is their aim. Personally I think they would not like to admit what they are doing publicly due to it not reflecting well on them..
