Upgrade is a downgrade!
Hi folks. I got a popup today advising me to upgrade Thunderbird to the newest version. I thought, "hey why not, I've been using Thunderbird for YEARS, I like it it's great"....so I did I can no longer connect either of my gmail accounts or my icloud account. Is this a known problem with the upgrade? If I wait a bit will "it fix itself"?
Any ideas?

Where did you try to update Thunderbird software?
And what version number did you ment to update?
And what version did you had before you try to update ?
Normally you use Gmail.
Does your Gmail account still excist ?
Can you still login into it if you are at the Gmail login site?
iCloud account also is not accessible to?
So you re using a Mac.
Did it upgrade something or nothing at all? Can you login into you’re account of Thunderbird?
If you can still go into thunderbird by loggin in. Check your settings for Gmail.

Do you ment iCloud - email? Or ICloud services?

Thank you VERY much for the response but it was truly one of the "wait a while" problems. I was able to reinstall Thunderbird a few days later.
