Greetings, I've been using 93.1 (32-bit so Quickbooks can use it) for a while now. Until today everything worked fine.

Now, nothing will print. Clicking on any method to Print does nothing except produce the errors below. Nothing else has changed on the computer - still have a default printer, haven't added any add-ons to TB. I did however allow Win 10 to do updates yesterday?

I've reinstalled TB, tried it in "Safe" mode with all add-ons disabled. The config file has a ton of lines similar to this print.printer_Brother_MFC-L5900DW_series.print_bgcolor which is the Windows default printer. Has a ton of lines for the other printers installed also.

Printing still works in all other programs including FF. Actually, the error below shows up in Error Console immediately after TB launch - and every time I try to print something.

Exception { name: "NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE", message: "Component returned failure code: 0x80040111 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE) [nsIDocShell.domWindow]", result: 2147746065, filename: "resource://devtools/server/actors/targets/browsing-context.js", lineNumber: 413, columnNumber: 0, data: null, stack: "get window@resource://devtools/server/actors/targets/browsing-context.js:413:5\n_windowReady@resource://devtools/server/actors/targets/browsing-context.js:1391:24\nDebuggerProgressListener.prototype.onWindowCreated<@resource://devtools/server/actors/targets/browsing-context.js:1761:23\nexports.makeInfallible/<@resource://devtools/shared/ThreadSafeDevToolsUtils.js:103:22\nDebuggerProgressListener.prototype.onStateChange<@resource://devtools/server/actors/targets/browsing-context.js:1857:20\nexports.makeInfallible/<@resource://devtools/shared/ThreadSafeDevToolsUtils.js:103:22\n", location: XPCWrappedNative_NoHelper }

FIXED IT!

I created a new profile. Printing works! Had to be something in original profile - went back to that profile, Help - More Troubleshooting Information - scrolled way down to the Printing section and clicked on Clear saved print settings - and bang! - all fixed.

Interesting. I replaced all the TB /Program Files (x86)/ with a disc image copy from a month ago (which I know for a fact Print was working). Still get the same error so this must be something in the /Profiles/ folder that has changed?

Or the Windows 10 update (KB5008212) I let install yesterday.

Hi - just to clarify, in the subject you said ver 91.3, and in the first line you said 93.1. Which is the typo? Can you correct it?

Sorry - it is 91.3 32-bit. I try to avoid upgrades as that usually kills my MUST HAVE add-ons.

Very tempted to blame the Windows update then, if you haven't allowed TB to update. Did you try starting Windows in safe mode as well as TB? As you are clearly knowledgeable, perhaps check for similar in bugzilla, to help indicate potential rabbit holes to look into. Or roll back the Win update. ;-)

Well, its not Windows. Did a restore point to before the recent updates. Still have the same issue. Really need one of the TB developers to look at those console errors. I'll try a fresh install of a different version of TB - but I get the feeling this is something that has happened with the profile.
