Hello,

This seems to be a login screen to authorize Thunderbird to have access to your gmail account. I find it odd that the email is not pre-filled in.

If the email address isn't shown automatically in the OAuth window, it's usually because cookies aren't accepted in TB Preferences/Privacy & Security. They must be allowed for the authentication to complete and store a token in Saved Passwords.
