Get back to me fast please.

I discovered a little shield next to the URL, and read up on how sometimes the tracker blocker makes sites no longer work, I imagine you are getting a lot of calls like this? So I turned it off, did a refresh, no change, did a restart, no change, turned the computer, Macbook Pro OS Monterey 12.1, off for 20 minutes. no change. I'm furious, and having a hard time dealing with this.

The error message says: ''''The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.'''' Except it's worked fine for a week now. Until this morning. Any more ideas how I can get this to work? I realize you all are volunteers, but jeepers, there must be a way to get help sooner than maybe look back occasionally see if a volunteer has seen this. I'll try a different browser.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
