use of Mozilla vpn prevents outgoing email in my Charter.net account...is there a fix?
When I activate my Mozilla vpn I get this message when trying to send email on my charter.net account: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: impout002.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 184.108.40.206 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1000.
Is there a fix, other than turning off my vpn? I use Windows 10 on a pc
