When I switch a video (Youtube, Netflix, HBO etc) to fullscreen (double click on the video, or the icon) my dock disappears and cannot be displayed until I exit the fullscreen video. I already tried with a fresh profile and the same issue appears as well. When the browser is in full screen mode itself control-command-F or the green icon in the corner there is no issue with the dock even when I fullscreen a video.

Any ideas how to fix this? I searched for half a day, but all dock related problems seem to be slightly different to mine.
