I'm getting Mozilla Crash reports at the rate of about six per day, but Firefox is still running without any issues. Does anyone know why this is happening and how it can be resolved?

I'm not able to attach a screenshot.

Update Rapport. If the problem continues, disable it.

Basically, a shutdownhang means something about the browser is not responding.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Well, thinking it's caused by clearing the cache is nice to know, but what use is it to me? I'm still getting the crash reports at a rate of about ten per day.

How do we solve it?
