Please assign Firefox Tech help recover my passwords, account and registry. Tried updating Firefox for Win 10. I may have "Nuts-up" and Firefox is now not my default-primary Internet Browser. Please use simple terms, not-PC Geek. Established Firefox account July 2020. Written passwords not recognized by Firefox; stopped trying before I get locked out.

Firefox recognizes email ... @outlook.com, but not ... @gmail.com.

Appreciate Firefox Tech doing Remote accessing and fixing my passwords not recognized by Firefox and establishing PC-Firefox Internet Browser default problems. Please email me when Firefox PC Tech available remote accessing my PC. I am on Maui, Hawaii (Pacific Standard Time).

Tried 9X upgrading to new Firefox version after failing doing "Picture-in-Picture" and "Deleting History."

My PC HP Desktop and OS is Microsoft Win 10, 64 "Outlook is 365 Family" subscription.
