Mozilla VPN unable to process refund request less less than a day after purchase?
Description: I successfully paid my VPN subscription with my Credit Card but given compatibility issues decided to cancel the 30 trial on the day of purchase. My bank account has been debited.
Mozilla VPN sent me an email stating that Mozilla had made several payment attempts and was unable to process the payment. It is asking me subscribe again with a working mode of payment.
I don't want to subscribe again.
Is there an email where I can get help to resolve this problem? I looked on the website, there is nowhere to go to!
