Hi, I just bought a month of Mozillas VPN service to try it out and compare with what I've been using in the past. We're not off to a good start because as soon as I enable the VPN I loose all internet access.

I've checked the firewall settings and the VPN has the necassary permissions, I've tried to restart my PC just to make sure but still no luck. I also tried disableing the IPV6 protocol just in case it was causing some conflict but it made no difference. Frankly, I don't know what the cause could be here, I've never expirienced this with a VPN before. My internet works normally when the VPN is disconnected or when using another VPN however it will not work with any of the Mozilla VPN servers.

I've seen people having this issue before but there was either no answer or the reply did not help me hence I'm posting this my self. Some help/advice or instructions of what to do in this situation would be appriciated.

Have you checked that Mozilla VPN is allowed through Firewall public as well as private? I see you mention another VPN is being used, we recommend uninstalling any other VPN´s or turn them off while using Mozilla VPN. Do you have any other firewall/anti-virus software, or DNS settings on your device? All of these can lead to the VPN's connection being blocked.
