Charged for Firefox VPN but no access
When I try to log in, it says I'm not a subscriber.
In order to get support it seems that I need to log into the app first but I don't know how to get access to the app without being a subscriber.
Appreciate any assistance you guys can offer.

When you subscribed to Mozilla VPN, have you used an existing email address? If you used an email address that does not exist, it will not automatically create an account for you. We are working on making this more noticeable when signing up, sorry for any inconvenience caused! If the email address exists, you should get a separate email with instructions on how to download the app on your device.
