Sorry, I do not have an Example nor do I remember the site I got that, But it did happen a few times with different sites

                            If you cannot solve my problem with what I have told you then I shall have to try another browser . I use to Play all types of videos before the last update . I am a senior and I do not like to dance around doing things Computers are not my thing I do  not see how a picture of the wordings on a blank video screen going to help you understand?? So if you cannot suggest any solution then please let me know so I can try another browser. I have been using fire fox for a very long time and I do like it and would like to keep using it . If there are some setting or some apps to add then let me know and also howto in detail please
