Flashing Black Box's
I get black flashing box's while having two different windows of firefox up upon moving my mouse the box's appaeare more frequently and get worse, I've disabled ALL add-on's and themes including hardware accelerations as per other threads with the same issue however mine persists, however when I enable safemode the problem stops. I've disabled all Add-on's and themes and even done the firefox restart view the File Menu and done a clean re-install on my Graphics Cards and it still persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Tried a new profile same issue, ended up doing a Refresh on firefox via the troubleshoot mode and its now working fine.

After some more testing this seems to be local to view multiple Twitch streams, Simple having another tab of twitch open on another window causes the black box's to start appearing even when that tab isn't selected. However once again it doesn't appear in safe mode.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All Of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.

Unforatunatly I've done just this already, even with all the add-on's/Themes turned off the problem still persists until I put the browser into Troubleshoot mode and then it stops for some reason, I can only assume one of the add-on's isnt actually turning off despite me turning it off? Is their any way to check for this? I've double checked in a few other browsers to make sure it wasn't a windows update/Graphics Card issue and it works fine in others but not in firefox.

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes), any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem. If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.
Use these links to create a new profile. Use this new profile as is. Is the problem still there?
