The AppStore app can check for updates; most likely you are up-to-date or very close.

I suspect what's happening is that those sites are comparing your Firefox for iOS version number (around 34) with the latest Firefox for Mac/Windows/Linux version number (around 89) rather than distinguishing between the two platforms. I'm not aware of a quick fix to clear that up for them, unfortunately, maybe someone else has an idea.
