Lost ability to view full message inline
T/B 78.11 Have 3 email accounts, all of which I usually view in line (not double clicking). Been doing this for years. Suddenly, one a/c does not have a scroll bar at the side and will not allow me to view the whole page. Have looked in 'view' and 'tools' to no avail. Any help greatly appreciated. (Problem does not occur on other accounts.

I doubt it makes any difference, but your picture shows all headers. Try View/Headers at Normal and see if the scroll bar appears. Also, double-click the message to open in a tab.

Does the layout look correct in safe mode (hold Shift when launching TB)? If it does, launch again in safe mode, 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart'.
Thanks for that. Unfortunately it make no difference to normal messages, however upon restarting I got the T/B request for donations which did have the scroll bar.
is the affected account one using an exchange/office365 server?

Hi, Cutting down the headers displayed to 'normal' seems to have done the trick. Strange that it only happened on one account. Thanks for the tip.
