Firefox Only Loads Less Than Half a Page of Google News
For months I have noticed that about 25% of the time, when I click on Google News, Firefox loads less than half of the page. It loads the"Headlines" section, the "For You" section, and the "U.S." section and then stops loading but displays the spinning circle icon at the bottom of the page. At times if I reload the page it will load the full page, most of the time it just repeats the same behavior.
This happens on two similar Windows 7 systems (fully updated) with an always up to date version of Firefox (currently 89.0). When this happens I usually switch to Microsoft Edge and it loads fine every time.
Does anyone else experience this? If so, did you find a solution?
I am not sure if this might be a Firefox problem, a Google problem, or my problem, but I am starting here first.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Fred,
Thanks for the reply.
As I have two very similar systems, I will try these procedures on only one of them and see if they help. As I mentioned, when the loading stops, sometimes a refresh will load the full page and sometimes not. So it is hard to tell if a particular procedure worked or not until several loads go by and maybe even take several days to show the problem again.
I will report back on my progress.
