I am running OS 10.9.5 on my mid 2011 27" iMac. I have been using Thunderbird for many years and have version 78.10.1. The last version allowed me to send up to 35 MB as attachments and sometimes a bit more. Now it stops me at 10-15MB and then at times it will allow more ... up to 26MB or so. Is there a fix to this and if so HOW TO do it! This can be very frustrating as I photograph a lot of suburban new and need to get it out asap and don't want to have to WeTransfer large files. Thanks for any feed back. [email]

Message size limits are set by the mail provider, not TB. I believe the limit for Verizon/AOL is 25MB for attachments.

How many photos are in the 35MB? Maybe they are undercompressed. Depending on the usage, few photos need to be larger that 200-300KB.
