Passwords are saved but usernames are not
After saving a password in Firefox, when I try to login Firefox does remember the password correctly, but not the username (see picture). Sometimes it will only input the password once I insert the correct username manually.
I'm using Firefox 87.0 64bit for Windows. In my Options (Logins and Passwords) the following options are already ticked: "Ask to save logins and passwords for web sites", "Autofill logins and passwords".
've tried googling this problem with no luck.
Does anyone have any advice?

Does it happen on every site?
Do you see this login in Lockwise ? Can you "Create a New Login" manually in Lockwise ? Do you have "Fill Login" and "Fill Password" in the right-click context menu that you can use ?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Yes to all the above. Problem still there even in Safe Mode :(
Do you possibly have multiple logins for such a website ?
In such a case you would see more than one item in "Fill Login" and "Fill Password". It is also possible that there is a problem with how Firefox sees the login form and there might be other (hidden) input fields present between the username field and the pasword field. You can possibly check this via the right-click context menu (Inspect Element).
This is an issue that happens consistently with every website. I don't have the same issue with Chrome.
I have run into the same problem starting about a week ago. I cleared the cache and cookies and started over because of an error with a website. However, I kept my saved logins, I did not remove them. Now when I log into those websites I get my passwords in but not my usernames/login name. I am running Firefox 88.0 using macOS 11.2.3 (not sure when Firefox updated since I had it set for automatic updates).
