Hi, Please help, I can not open this link https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/documents/pdf/english/kits/forms/imm0006e-2020-10-09.pdf It says I need Adobe reader 8 or higher. I have the correct Adobe installed and document still wont open. I am also getting this message 'user-select' is not supported by Edge, Firefox < 69, Firefox Android, Opera, Safari, iOS Safari. Add '-webkit-user-select' to support Firefox 49+, Firefox Android 49+, Opera 15+, Safari 3+, iOS Safari 3+. Add '-ms-user-select' to support Edge 12+. and .c0169 {

I think you're trying to open the pdf form in a Firefox window? Since the file is a pdf form, you'd fill it out then save it to your computer. So, why not save the form to your computer to begin with, rather than open the form in Firefox? When you click on the link, do you not get the pop-up window that asks whether you want to open the file with Firefox or save it?

If these assumptions are true, please look at the following article. Scroll down in the article to "Set Firefox to ask you what to do with PDF files".

View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer

This article says that filling out pdf forms in Firefox is supported by versions 83 and higher. I think you're more interested in filling out the pdf than fixing the problem opening it in Firefox?
