Bookmark editor disappears automatically after a few seconds...how to stop that?

When I press Command + D to make a new bookmark, the editor will disappear on its own after a few seconds. How do I make it stick around until I click Done? I'm sure it'll be in about:config, but I have no idea where.

No, it's not in about:config; you have to press Tab or click within this editor, then it won't disappear.

The editor should also stay open if you hover the mouse in the drop-down or interact with the key board like the cursor keys or the tab key.
