I tried 3 times to download a software upgrade from a German Vendor. The download failed several times so I contacted the vendor's support and they said try another browser. I downloaded the upgrade with MS Edge but I still strongly prefer Firefox for browsing. I could not find any answers that fit this issue in your help. I have no trouble with other downloads or previous downloads from Celemony. The zip file was about 70 meg, I think I've downloaded bigger files before. No big rush on this but I am curious as to what went wrong.

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
