unable to access website
Hello, I cannot access a specific webpage any longer, although it worked just fine so far (https://step.esa.int/main/ ). I use the Firefox browser 85.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10. I unsuccessfully tried a range of security settings adjustments. I notice that I can access an associated forum (https://forum.step.esa.int/ ), I suppose because 'enhanced tracking protection is OFF' for this webpage. But I cannot manually add https://step.esa.int/main as an exception to tracking protection list (Firefox Menu -> Options -> Privacy and Security -> Manage Exceptions tab), in order to check that the problem lies there. Any help will be greatly appreciated as this issue is work related.

terauck,
Thanks for replying. I talked to the local internet provider and they fixed it, so it was a network issue not a Firefox related problem in the end. Thanks again for the feedback.

I can access that page. Clicking on the shield tells me that Enhanced Tracking protection is ON. Clicking on the padlock tells me "Parts of this page are not secure (such as images)" and "You have not granted this site any special permissions". Are you using 'Standard' protection? Have you ticked/checked "Block dangerous and deceptive content" further down the Privacy and Security page or the HTTPS-Only mode?
